WARRIOR CEREMONY
"I, (Clan leader's name) leader of (the Clan), call upon my warrior ancestors to look down on this apprentice (or more than one apprentice). He (or she) have trained hard to understand the ways of your noble code, and I commend him (or her) to you in his (or her) turn." The Clan leader will turn to the apprentice(s). "(apprentice's name), do you promise to uphold the warrior code and to protect and defend this Clan, even at the cost of your life?"
The apprentice(s) will answer "I do."
"Then by the powers of StarClan I give you your warrior name. (Apprentice's name), from this moment forward you will be known as (give his or her warrior name and comments on the new warriors great points, like bravery, loyalty, or cleverness)." The Clan leader would rest his or her muzzle on the new warrior's head the new warrior would lick the Clan leader's shoulder in return. Then the whole Clan will congrats the new warrior by calling out his or her new name. To finish up the ceremony the new warrior would have a silent vigil, guarding the camp the day her or she becomes a warrior.
APPRENTICE CEREMONY
"By naming apprentices, we show that (Clan) will survive and remain strong. (The kit's name), from now on you will be known as (the kit's apprentice name)." And the Clan leader will call out the warrior who will mentor the apprentice and the Warrior and his or her apprentice with touch noses. The Clan will congrats the new apprentice by calling or his or her new name.
