It was one of the newest places in the city before the humans gone. Most of the buildings here are unique, with unique writing most dogs haven't seen before. There are a lot of signs and stores here; mostly restaurants. Dogs can come here to enjoy the sight, explore the large area. Or they could just hunt; there are a lot of different kind of prey here, even cats roam the streets here. Cats who do come here have to be careful with the dogs.
