FORGOTTEN CARNIVAL
This carnival used to be an attraction a long time ago. However, since the fire incident many years ago, before most of the humans left the city. The building where the Haunted House used to be is where the incident happened. No one knows how it was set but many humans died in that fire. The city left it unrepaired so its still burned and broken down. After the incident no one wanted to go near the carnival.
