- Accepts Characters and can handle litters.
- Handle Affiliations.
- Judge fights.
- Finalize the purchased of products by members in the Downtown Mall.
- Move dead/finished threads to Memorial.
- Capable of banning members if for good reason.
- Keeps everything in check.
